KTI-Plersch Group takes over the product division „Silo- & Concrete Heating“ of Belimed Sauter AG in Sulgen / Switzerland

KTI–Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH takes over the product division „Silo-& Concrete Heating“ of Belimed Sauter AG in Sulgen / Switzerland. The newly formed company will be named Sauter Plersch AG with its company headquarter in Sulgen , Switzerland.

Sauter is in the Silo- & Concrete Heating business since 1976 and is one of the leading companies in this sector. This product has applications for the colder regions of the world. Over the last three decades more than 2.000 plants have been sold to Scandinavian countries, Russia, Canada and other countries.

For the last  25 years KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH operates in the Concrete Cooling sector. With more than 2.000 installed plants worldwide KTI developed to be the leading manufacturer of Concrete Cooling plants worldwide. As the cooling of concrete is mainly necessary in hotter regions, most KTI plants are installed in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, South America and Southern Europe.

In all above mentioned areas both companies are operating their own subsidiaries and distribution centers with own employees and spare parts supply. In addition KTI and Sauter are targeting the same customers in the concrete industry.
Heating and Cooling of concrete is necessary to control the temperature gradation of the fresh concrete.
Concrete Cooling is necessary to avoid stress cracking in the concrete which is responsible for instability and fractures. Concrete Heating will actually guarantee that the setting process will take place.
 
Therefore specification for the concrete temperature are being definite more precisely nowadays also in milder temperature zones. For this reason Concrete Heating & Concrete Cooling are becoming more and more important.

This development creates exactly the new competitive advantage for Sauter Plersch AG and KTI-Plersch Kältetechnik GmbH. For any temperature zone and client requirement around the world a perfect solution can be designed and produced. These technical solutions are extremely relevant for global acting
customers. Moreover the direct dialog with the clients will be much more intensive by using both distribution channels.
